■Person Profile
This position would fit to someone who has some experience in sales & marketing for import / export business and is looking for a new challenge.
The proactive thinking and action would be very important to get necessary confidence from both suppliers and customers.
Also, internally, self-motivated, flexibility, accuracy and strictness are essential elements to work in team.
■Principal Accountabilities
•Managing sales to customers or customer portfolios with growing track record
•Building and maintaining long term relationship with customers and suppliers at all levels
•Proactively developing new business in responsibility area
•Identifying business opportunities, initializing contacts with new customers and suppliers
•Providing technical product information and promoting the products to potential customers
•Reporting effectively to management verbally and in writing
■Principal Competencies
•Fully accountable for the delivery of agreed targets, taking responsibility fortheir timely delivery
•Able to capture customer and supplier value
•Recognised as competent in several fields / industries in “The Department”
•Able to resolve sensitive and complex problems
•Effectively maintains and develops significant creative and constructivepartnerships both internally and
externally
•Commitment to both self-development and the development of others
•Anticipates and adapts effectively to continuously moving market conditions
•Demonstrates a breadth of knowledge outside their own specialism
•Strong commercial and business acumen
•Ability to work as effective member in international team
•Commitment and determination to succeed – “can-do” attitude
•Natural willingness to travel
•Good knowledge of English, Japanese and Italian
•Drivers License
